We use collected information to provide and improve Ombric, generate reports for you, and analyze usage patterns. We do not sell personal data. We may share anonymized or aggregated data with trusted service providers to support analytics and operations.

Ombric is designed to help you log and organize symptoms and generate informational summaries. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider if you have questions about your health.
To use Ombric, you must be at least 12 years old. By using Ombric you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the app only for personal, lawful purposes and not for any harmful or unauthorized activities. You are responsible for the accuracy and content of any information you enter into Ombric.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a secure and reliable service. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability or that the app will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ombric and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of Ombric after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All content on ombric is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Ombric uses Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor, to handle all billing and subscription transactions. By providing your payment information, you authorize Ombric to charge applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [your email].
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
